Discounts - what is wrong with discounts?

As a company we set our own recommended prices for our products - we have quite a few resellers and it helps us all sell at the same price.

However, we do offer discounts, from a simple 10% for just asking for a brochure, to 25% if you are buying 10 or more panels to heat your own home! We occasionally offer special discounts or reduced prices on stock not moving as quickly as we would like or to introduce a new product to the market!

We also offer twitter & facebook users 10% for following or liking us!

We do not sell giving a discount all the time, most of our sales are sold through our website at full price, the discounts are there to encourage those that have shown an interest in us and our product to go one step further and to buy from us!

Do you offer discounts - if so when & why?

And another week moves swiftly by!

And haven't we accomplished a lot this week!

Our biggest thing ticked off our ToDo list was getting our website up & running.

We were in need a of a new website as we really needed a new webshop - our old webshop just couldn't keep up with the way our thoughts & thinking went so it had to go!

Over the coming weeks there will be significant changes to the amount of information we can give you on each web item for sale, from far infrared heating panels, to thermostat controllers and to chain fixings. We also allow ourselves to launch new products which we will be aiming to do at the start of the new heating season (end of September)!

Oh, we are also able to process discount vouchers - check out our new Twitter landing page to get the first voucher code - http://www.multiheat-energysystems.co.uk/home/welcome-twitter-follower - oh you can follow us on Twitter too if you like at @infraredheating
